Agreement to Terms
Welcome to WCC Westchester Concrete. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at www.westchesterconcreteco.com and your relationship with us regarding our concrete services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
WCC Westchester Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, pool decks, stamped concrete, and concrete repairs. All services are subject to availability and must be formally contracted through a written agreement or estimate approved by both parties.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for concrete work. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those assessed during the initial estimate or if you request changes to the scope of work. Any changes to the agreed-upon work will be documented and approved by both parties before proceeding. Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract.
Scheduling and Project Timeline
We will work with you to schedule your project at a mutually convenient time. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule. Concrete requires proper curing time, and you agree to follow our instructions regarding when surfaces can be used after installation.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work site and to inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential obstacles. While we take care to protect your property, you acknowledge that concrete work involves heavy equipment and excavation. We are not responsible for damage to existing landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures that were not disclosed during the estimate process. You are responsible for marking and protecting any items you want preserved.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your written contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, settling soil, acts of nature, or alterations made by others. Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks due to shrinkage and settling. We use control joints and proper reinforcement to minimize cracking, but we cannot guarantee crack-free concrete. Normal hairline cracks are not covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain proper insurance coverage as required by law. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
